The Saltersgill Hotel is a
purpose built pub in a densely populated local housing
estate of Middlesbrough. It is surrounded by housing and
draws trade from within the estate and other surrounding
areas. The pub plays an important role in the local
community and regularly holds entertainment themed nights,
parties and junior disco’s utilising its 150 capacity
function room.
The business has been maintained to a high standard by the
current owners and it is in excellent order throughout.
The trade accommodation is at ground floor level and
comprises two open plan lounges divided around a central
wooden bar servery. The main front entrance leads to two
lounges. To the left of the building there is the main
lounge bar. This is used on a day to day basis and thesis
