The
original part of the property is an 18th Century building
constructed over two floors of white rendered elevations
under a pitched slate roof. Over the years the property has
been added to, extensions currently house much of the
letting accommodation.
The trading accommodation is split between three areas;
village bar, dining area with circa 40 covers and a sports
bar with pool table, wide screen TV and darts.
Benefiting from the large open fire place and exposed oak
beams the village bar and dining area have plenty of
character and are traditionally fitted with a combination of
stained timber tables.
Ancillary facilities include a commercial kitchen, office,
staff bathroom and a level cellar with additional bottle and
dry storage.
Upstairs the pub houses 10 ensuite letting rooms plus room
for a housekeeper.
Outside is a detached cottage with 4 bedroom owner’s
accommodation. There is also a large car park and beer
garden with children’s play area.
